01 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

02 Account Eligibility & Registration

To register and use bos96 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Not residing in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of a third party.
• Providing true, accurate, and current information during registration.
• Have not previously had an account terminated by bos96 for a terms violation.

Bos96 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time to verify the information you have provided. Documents that may be requested include a national ID, passport, utility bill, or recent bank statement. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Account registration is free and no fees are charged. However, bos96 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason.

03 Account Management

Each user is fully responsible for the security and activity of their account. The following account management guidelines are mandatory:

• Single account only allowed per individual, IP address, device, household, or payment method.
• Your password must be kept secure and must not be shared with anyone.
• Users are responsible for all activities that occur within their accounts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bos96 provides a variety of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian users, including FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer.

Deposit Policy:

• The minimum deposit is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• All deposits are processed in real time unless disrupted by a third party.
• Bos96 does not accept third-party deposits – funds deposited must come from an account registered in your own name.
• Bos96 does not charge any processing fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Minimum withdrawal is RM 50.
• Accounts that have completed full KYC verification will receive withdrawals within less than 15 minutes.
• Funds can only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Bos96 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during system maintenance may take slightly longer than usual.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

Bos96 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Each promotion has its own rollover (re-wagering) requirement that must be met before withdrawals are permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per user, address, device, or household, unless otherwise stated.

06 Betting Rules

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or modified once submitted, except under circumstances specified by bos96.

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tools to play or place bets.
• Hacking, bug exploitation, or any attempt to manipulate the bos96 system in any way.
• Identity fraud or use of falsified verification documents.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity.
• Player collusion to cheat the system or other players.
• Bonus abuse such as planned bonus arbitrage using multiple accounts.
• Threats or harassment directed at bos96 staff or other users.

08 Account Termination

Bos96 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failed identity verification or inaccurate information.
• Suspicious activity or non-compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) policy.
• Account closure requested by the user themselves.

Users may also request to close their own account by contacting bos96 customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding rollover requirements must be fulfilled and all active bets will be settled according to standard rules.

Any valid balance in an account closed at the user's request will be returned to the original payment method within the specified timeframe, subject to full KYC verification.

In all cases, the maximum liability of bos96 to any user is limited to the total deposits made by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim being submitted.

12 Dispute Resolution
